Standing Rib Roast

Components


1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper


1/2 bunch rosemary, foliage well cut


3 cloves garlic cloves, smashed and carefully chopped


More-virgin essential olive oil


1 (8 to 8 1/2-lb) bone-in standing up rib roast


1 onion, minimize into 1/2-in . dice


1 lb baby carrots, tops trimmed


3 ribs celery, minimize into 1/2-inches dice


1 pound cremini mushrooms, stalks eliminated and quartered

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 qualifications F.
